Material: 6063 T5 Aluminum Alloy, the most popular materials for windows and doors.

Profile Thickness: 1.4mm is standard option. (1.0mm, 1.2mm, 1.6mm and 2.0mm thickness are also available.)

Aluminum Surface Treatment: Powder coated, anodizing, Electrophoresis, PVDF and wood color transfer.

Glass Thickness: tempered clear or frosted glass, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm

Package: 

For full container loading, protective film for aluminum profile, then bubble cover whole windows, and put in the plywood pallet.

For Less container loading, plastic foam inside for 1st protection, and plywood carton outside for 2nd protection.
