South Africa-based converter of flexible packaging materials CTP flexibles has added three more 1350mm wide Titan ER610's slitters.
In 2010,the company installed a new 8 color Fischer&Krecke FP16-S flexo printing press,and in order to cope with the increased printing capacity,it installed two more Titan ER610 compact slitter rewinders-1650mm and 1350mm wide machines.
CTP flexibles managing director Gary Seale said they were enjoying record sales by operating 24/7.
"Having installed the two Titan slitters during 2010,we had every confidence to invest again with Titan.For our production requirements,these slitters really are the perfect solution,"Seale said.
With the new addition,the total number of Titan ER610 slitter rewinders at CTP flexibles has gone up to five machines and seven Titan slitters in total,including two older machines.
CTP flexibles,since 1971,manufactures specialized plastic extrusion and flexible packaging materials mainly for the food,beverage and confectionery industries.
